Life can feel heavy at times.
Anxiety, stress and overwhelm are more common than you might think.

When You Stop Fighting the Current, You Find Peace.
Work stress, anxiety, and low confidence can feel like an endless upstream battle—physically and emotionally draining. Hypnotherapy offers a way to step aside from the struggle, reconnect with your inner calm, and build lasting resilience, helping you approach life with more clarity, ease, and self-belief.

Anxiety Shows Up in Many Ways
Even if it feels invisible to others, anxiety can affect every part of your day.
The Over-thinker’s Loop
Constant racing thoughts, second-guessing every decision, and replaying conversations over and over.
Social Anxiety and Self-Doubt
Worrying how you’re perceived, avoiding interactions, or feeling like you never quite fit in.
The Physical Weight of Worry
Tension in your chest, disrupted sleep, digestive issues—anxiety isn’t just in your head.

Hypnotherapy Helps You Reclaim Calm
With the right support, it’s possible to feel lighter, clearer, and more in control.
Calm the Racing Mind
Hypnotherapy helps quiet constant thoughts and shift unhelpful thinking patterns.
Build Confidence from Within
Through guided sessions, you can challenge self-doubt and reconnect with your strengths.
Release Physical Tension
Hypnosis supports the nervous system—reducing tension, improving sleep, and promoting balance.

I have been suffering from anxiety for a very long time, but it’s been exacerbated by the events of the last five years, other world events, illnesses and family problems. So quite a lot to do try and deal with on my own! I reached out to Julie as I had heard amazing results from her treatments. I have to be honest, I was sceptical at first as I had never been treated with hypnotherapy. I really didn’t know what to expect as I felt my particular raft of problems seemed (to me) almost impossible to overcome. But it’s worked. I am sleeping better and feel more relaxed about facing problems in my life. I would recommend Julie as she manages to be both friendly and professional.
